| Cesar Luna, Esq. Mr. Luna is owner and lead attorney of the law office of in San Diego, California. His areas of practice include immigration law, U.S.-Mexico environmental law and policy, and civil litigation. Mr. Luna was a partner at Bournazian & Luna, a San Diego based immigration law firm prior to entering into his own private practice. Mr. Luna is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Prior to his immigration practice, Mr. Luna served as the Director of the Border Environmental Justice Campaign with the Environmental Health Coalition, a San Diego-Tijuana community-based organization. Mr. Luna was born in Mexico City on March 14, 1970; he was admitted to Bar of California in 1997. In 1992 he studied B.A., Environmental Studies and Spanish Literature,at the University of California, Santa Barbara, in 1997 his J.D. at the University of San Diego. cesar@luna-law.com Elizabeth Camarena, Esq. Ms. Camarena began her association with Luna & Associates in May of 2008. Her areas of practice include wills and trusts, immigration and bankruptcy law. Attorney Camarena has extensive experience in the private and non-profit sectors as well as a U.S. Federal Officer. She represents individuals and companies before federal administrative agencies. Her wills and trusts practice includes clients throughout California. Ms. Camarena received her Bachelor of Arts degree from California State University, Fresno and her Juris Doctor degree from U.C. Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California. She was admitted to the California bar in December of 1991. Immediately prior to her work with Luna & Associates, Ms. Camarena lived in Singapore and traveled extensively throughout Southeast Asia. elizabeth@luna-law.com Raveen Khehar, Esq. Raveen Khehar is of Sikh (East Indian) heritage, born and raised in Kenya, and educated in England and United States. She speaks several East Indian languages, including Hindi, Urdu and Punjabi as well as a major African language: Swahili. She is also proficient in French. Raveen received her Baccalaureate degree in Law from Queen Mary and Westfield College, University of London. Thereafter, she came to the United States and completed her Master of Laws in Comparative Law at the University of San Diego. In 1998, she worked as a legal assistant for the Law office of Jack V. Bournazian. Shortly thereafter, she passed the Bar and practiced as an immigration law attorney at Bournazian and Luna for several years.
